Operating Systems
Our system should work seamlessly on Windows 8 and above, Mac OS v10.0 and higher provided all other requirements are met.
Internet Speed
We suggest a highspeed Internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed.
Browsers
Our system has been tested on the most commonly used browsers including: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE) and Safari. Please make sure that your browser is up to date with the latest version.
Video Playback
Our video player switches between all available qualities to accommodate changes in the viewer’s Internet speed. For best viewing, an internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps should be used.
Recommended Devices
The Hold Me Tight® online program is best viewed on desktop or laptop computers. While some elements of the program may work on mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, for the optimal and consistent experience, we recommend using a computer to participate in this program.
